These terms and conditions outline the ownership, usage rights, and other relevant policies for custom pet drawings, patterns, and related services created by Pet Obsessed People. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following:

Cliffs Notes Version:

• Ownership: Your custom artwork is yours to enjoy, but we retain the rights to use it for our marketing (like on our website or socials).
• Usage: Personal use only unless you’ve purchased marketing or commercial rights. Contact us for licensing if you want to sell items featuring your design.
• Refunds: All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work, but we’ll work with you if you have concerns.
• Edits: Your package includes a set number of edits. Additional edits or major changes can be purchased if needed.
• No Funny Business: Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited and could result in legal action.

1. Ownership & Usage

1.1 Ownership Rights

• All custom pet drawings and patterns are created by hand and remain the intellectual property of Pet Obsessed People.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that Pet Obsessed People retains the rights to use your pet’s likeness and the exact design for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.

1.2 Usage Options

• Personal Use: Custom drawings and patterns purchased for personal use may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed.
• Marketing Use: For use in giveaways, free promotional materials, or personal branding, the Marketing Use option must be selected. This does not include resale rights.
• Commercial Use: To use your custom artwork for resale or product lines, you must obtain a licensing agreement. Please contact us at Hooman@petobsessedpeople.com to discuss licensing terms.

2. Refunds & Revisions

2.1 Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
• If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2.2 Edits & Revisions

• Edit limits are defined by your package tier:
  • Basic: 1 Edit
  • Essential: 2 Edits
  • Premium: 2 Edits
  • Ultimate: 3 Edits
• Additional edits beyond these limits may be purchased for $15 per edit.
• Major revisions or redraws will require a custom quote.

3. Legal Notes

3.1 Indemnification Clause
By purchasing and using designs from Pet Obsessed People, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Obsessed People from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized use of the artwork.

3.2 Transferability Clause
Rights granted under personal, marketing, or commercial usage options are non-transferable without explicit written consent from Pet Obsessed People.

3.3 Unauthorized Use Clause

• Any unauthorized reproduction, sale, or distribution of custom artwork will result in legal action and the revocation of usage rights.
• Violations of these terms may result in additional fees, penalties, or other legal actions to recover damages.
