Keepsake/Celebrate: Once you approve the design, your keepsakes are produced and shipped.
Then your pet’s story gets to live on in something you can hold onto, use, gift, and celebrate.

Every design starts with a story — your pet’s quirks, personality, and favorite things — so the final result feels personal and one of a kind.

Clear, well-lit photos work best.

f you already have the perfect photo that shows everything clearly, thats the best!

However, you may use up to 2–3 photos so I can capture the best details!

• One photo for the body position you want drawn
• One photo for the head or facial expression
• One photo for color reference (if needed)

Phone photos work great, you don’t need a professional photographer.

The more personality your photos capture, the more personality your portrait will have. Just remember: I can only draw what I can see, so if you send multiple photos, please note which elements you’d like used from each.

No problem, revisions are part of the process!

Every design includes a set number of revisions (more complex designs include more proofs and revision opportunities). I want you to obsess over the final piece, not just like it.

Nothing goes to production until you approve it.

Most first design proofs are delivered within 1–2 weeks.

Final timing depends on the complexity of the project and the number of revisions needed.

Typical timelines:

• Single pet portrait or Classic POP patterns (pre drawn patterns: often quicker
• Multi-pet patterns or complex themed designs: typically 3–4+ weeks

If you have a hard deadline (birthday, holiday, event, etc.), let me know before ordering and I’ll confirm the timeline when quoting.

Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Yes — and honestly, this is one of my favorite parts of how POP works.

Your pet’s portrait and pattern are saved in your POP Pet Library™.

Once your pet is drawn, you can apply that artwork to new products, patterns, or themes anytime without paying for the portrait again. You only pay for the new item or design variation.

It’s perfect for celebrating your pet over time.

Pro tip: it also makes a fantastic ongoing birthday tradition.

Because every piece is custom drawn specifically for you, custom artwork cannot be refunded once production begins.

Orders may be canceled and refunded before work has started, if requested quickly.

This is also why I provide a design preview before printing — so you can approve the artwork and request any changes before anything is produced.

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, I’ll absolutely make it right.
