Stores don’t print your one‑of‑a‑kind pet… but I do. Lets see how long your newest items will take.

Before we dive in: art creation takes 1–2 weeks for custom drawings and predrawn templates, the more complex your custom creation the longer it may take. Fully custom can take 4-6 weeks.

Your production clock starts after you approve your sketch. Nothing prints until you say “yes!”

When does the clock start?
After art approval. Art creation usually takes 1–4 weeks depending on complexity and my queue. 1-2 for pet portraits and classic packages, or those from BYO without any custom additional drawings.

Can I rush an order?
Often, yes. Rush availability depends on my current queue and supplier capacity. Rush fees typically add +30% to all art fees, rush delivery depends on the item so please ask.

Do these timelines include shipping?
Yes—these are end‑to‑end windows based on vendor turnaround + a small built‑in buffer jic. Remote addresses or carrier delays can add time.

What if my item isn’t here by the max date?
Message me right away. I’ll check tracking, escalate with the printer, and find it.
